The Unique VoxOrder Process
  1. The customer sends their order, using your VoxOrder-enabled website.
  2. Your business receives the order by your choice of fax, email and/or phone.
  3. You receive a call (a continuation of that previously received, if you choose to receive orders by phone) to confirm receipt of the order. You can hear the order read again or have the system send another fax, if there was a reception problem of any kind.
  4. The customer receives a courtesy call, page or email, confirming that the order has been received and announcing the estimated time when the order will be ready for pickup (or delivered).
